WASTE MANAGEMENT IN ORIHUELA COSTA

SUBJECT: WASTE MANAGEMENT IN ORIHUELA COSTA ... If you are not happy with the service you are paying for, there is something so simple, and so quick, (it will take only a few moments of your time), which you can do to make it known to the council that you want, deserve, and expect BETTER!

ACTION: ORGANISED PETITION! You are invited to be proactive by going along to sign an organised petition to make a complaint about the waste management in Orihuela Costa, which will be presented to the Preliminary Meeting held by the Mayor in Orihuela. Simply turn up and someone from PIOC will be there to help you sign the petition form ... It`s as simple as that!

Who is feeding the cats?

This happens all the time, every  day, for several months. The lady comes from the urbanization opposite, across the boulevard.  The children have seen her  several times. We'll try to take a photo of her. And yes, the cameras should record, they are directed along the entrances to the apartments.

At the moment we do not know the legality of this behavior, but I believe it is a serious attack on private property.

It seems to be a lady from one of the neighboring phases who has got an idea that cats need to be saved. It is

reasonable animal welfare, she believes. But none of us want this to happen in our garden, in our pool area, or near us.

I encourage all residents of Zeniamar 8 to follow along, and please notify me if you discover that something like this is happening. Feel free to chase the «old» woman you they catch her in the act.

Dear Owners of Zeniamar 8,

 

We have received complaints about the cleanliness of the toilets. Indeed, the current maintenance company cleans the toilets only three times a week, but it is everyone's responsibility to keep the facilities clean and in good condition.

 

We have been informed that the toilets have been found dirty, with papers and urine on the floor, and even in the trash bin. We need everyone's cooperation. Owners who rent out their properties must inform their tenants that they must comply with the rules and make good use of the facilities, as damages lead to extra costs for the community.

 

The board is considering increasing the cleaning frequency of the toilets, but to keep the facilities clean, we need everyone's cooperation.

It is the responsibility of each individual owner to ensure effective working conditions for the painters.

Each owner must ensure neat walls ready for painting and neat floors that are easy to cover for painting walls and ceilings

Se ha detectado nuevamente, una fuga en la zona de adoquines (pasillos superiores).

Catalana, se encarga de encontrarlo y repararlo.

Seguimos activamente, controlando los cuatro contadores de agua, de las zonas comunes.


A leak has been detected again in the cobblestone area (upper corridors).
