Estimados propietarios, Debido a las continuas plagas en las zonas comunes, hemos contactado con una empresa de jardinería quien nos ha confirmado que es necesario fumigar tanto las zonas comunes como los jardines privados.

Se han enviado varias comunicaciones solicitando a los propietarios que las realicen, pero entendemos que debido a la situación en la que nos encontramos, muchos propietarios no podrán venir para realizar las correspondientes fumigaciones por lo que la comunidad las realizará, tanto en zonas comunes como privativas los próximos días 9 y 10 de Agosto entre las 8.00 am y las 2. Pm

Recomendaciones:

• Recoger todos lo neceseres, ropas o juguete de niños, de la zona a fumigar
• Mantener la ventanas y puertas cerradas
• No ingerir las plantas tratadas En caso de tener que lavar con agua algún neceser u objeto de la zona tratada, háganlo contra pared de obra, no contra las plantas tratadas, ya que el producto utilizado, dejara de ser eficiente.
• No dejen animales domésticos por el jardín durante y post 3h de la fumigación.

Dear owners,

Due to the continuous problems with pests in the common areas, we have contacted a gardening company who has confirmed that it is necessary to fumigate both the common areas and the private gardens.  

Several communications have been sent requesting the owners to do the corresponding fumigations, but we understand that due to the situation in which we find ourselves, many owners will not be able to come yet to the community, so the community Will do all fumigations, both in common and private areas, on the 9 and 10 of August between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm  

Recommendations:

• Remove the personal belongings from the Gardens, clothes or children's toys
• Keep windows and doors closed
• Do not eat the treated plants
• If you have to wash any of the treated areas, do it with water against a wall, not against the treated plants, since the product used will cease to be efficient.
• Do not leave pets in the gardens during and after 3 hours after the fumigation.

The Generalitat Valenciana has announced and published the new measures that came into effect after the end of the state of alarm on 9thMay. In accordance with these measures, we are pleased to inform you that you may use the pool, but bearing in mind that all safety and hygiene measures must be adhered to at all times, i.e. 75% capacity, 1.5m safety distance and use of face masks. In the latter case, please remember that the use of face masks is mandatory, except whilst swimming, during “periods of rest” or before or after bathing. The aforementioned period may only be prolonged when a person remains at the same location and keeping the safety distance of 1.5 metres from people who are not in their domestic bubble and without forming groups to exceed the maximum number allowed.

We are sure we can count on your support and trust that you will ensure to make your tenants and/or guests aware of these measures before their arrival, for the Community will accept no responsibility for non-compliance.

Nach dem Verfall des Ausnahmezustands am 9. Mai 2021 hat das Bundesland Valencia neue Verhaltensregeln und Bestimmungen aufgelegt, in welchen die Benützung des Pools, mit gewissen Einschränkungen, erlaubt ist. Diese Hygienevorschriften sind einzuhalten: 75% eingeschränkte Kapazität für den Badebereich, 1,5m Abstandsregel und Maskenpflicht. Die Maskenpflicht entfällt in den Ruhezeiten vor und nach dem Bad, und unter der Einhaltung des Mindestabstands von Personen die nicht im selben Haushalt wohnen.

Wir sind uns ihrem Verständnis und Zusammenarbeit sicher und bitten Sie ihre Familienmitglieder und Gäste über diese neuen Bestimmungen zu benachrichtigen. Die Eigentümergemeinschaft trägt keinerlei Verantwortung bei Verstößen gegen die geltenden Bestimmungen.

Dear owners of the Zeniamar VIII Community
 
As a continuation of our previous briefin notes, and thinking that unfortunately this situation can last longer than we all wish, the board suggested that we send you the following proposal:
 
As you know, the private water meters are centralized in each blo. In order to avoid problems with possible leaks, anyone who would like their water meter valve to be closed to prevent breakages, excessive consumption, accidents, etc ... should contact with Mileniun to request the valve to be closed. It will be done by the maintenance Company.
 
You may have the valve inside your Property closed but it will not stop a leak from the meter to your property, in addition to the possible damages that could be caused, and the bill  for the  excesive consumption.
 
When the situation improves and you plan to come back to Spain, you let us know in advance to open the valve again.
 
If you want the valve in your meter to be closed, please let us know by email.

We have checking the condition of the gardens and many the private ones  are infected with a white spider plaque, others need attention. We understand that since the state of alarm has been lifted, you will be able to come to your properties to carry out the corresponding maintenance, otherwise do not hesitate to contact us so that we can contact a gardener and send you the corresponding Gardening quote.
